Really stuck harnonic balancer

The balancer on my 93 4.0 is really stuck on the crank. I started with a really good puller set. extra long bolts with washers. The first go around I ended up pulling the threads out of the threaded holes. I then went with 2 3/8 bolts and nuts one of them ended up breaking. I've tried using a propane torch to apply heat but to no avail.
I’ve got a donor motor I can use the balancer off of. So I not worried about destroying the old one.

I'm open to any Ideas

OK I got it.somehow I missed the part in the book about putting an undersized bolt in the crank.

Now Im thinking about upgrading. What are some of the benifits of a aftermarket balancer. I don't want to spend the bucks on a undersize.

By undersize, I assume underdrive,

That is the only pulley/damper that will give you an advantage.
