Rear AC Fluttering

In reading another thread, it reminded me of an observation on my Explorer and I'm curious if anyone else experiences the same. My rear ac vents emit a noticeable fluttering sound when the blower is turned up high. Blower speed above 50% makes this noise.

Anyone else hear their rear vents fluttering when the blower is turned up high?

For anyone searching or that cares. I had my Explorer at the dealership last week and mentioned the fluttering noise to my service writer. He told me two other customers had dropped their Explorers off that day with the same exact concern. He said the shop foreman inspected many new Explorers on the lot and almost all of them had the fluttering noise in the rear vents. But there were a few that did not.

He acknowledged the concern, and said Ford had no known fix at this time. I suspect it is something with the overhead ducting, but I do not want the dealership tearing my interior completely apart anyway. If Ford advises of a fix in the future, I am sure my service writer will let me know.
