Pull the wheel off, then the drum. You'll probably need to rebuild or replace that wheel cylinder. Then bleed the brakes, re-assemble, done.

Make sure its brake fluid. I had a axle seal let go and I thought it was brake fluid but it was just gear oil that had been slung around at 70mph for 3 hours+ hours that day.

I was just checking the rear brakes on a '92 Exp we just got and the right rear brake cylinder is leaking, too.
Have someone pump the brakes while you look at the rubber boots on the ends of the wheel cylinder.
I could see brake fluid coming out from under one of the boots.
Since everything has to be taken apart to get to the wheel cylinder it may be a good time to change the brake shoes and the other cylinder, too.
The wheel cylinders on ours are a Wagner WC122406 or Dorman W37856 ($10/ea).
I used Wagner PAB169R Thermoquiet brakes shoes ($25).
Check the flex hose to the axle (Wagner BH123292), too. Ours was looking old at 20 years.
According to the discountautoparts.com on-line catalog the '94 uses the same parts.

It is far easier to replace the cylinder. When you consider the bleed screw will be seized, everything will be covered in brake fluid and dust, and the rebuild kit isn't quite half the price of the new cylinder. Just replace it. you might want to go ahead and replace the other side as well. It's bound to leak soon too.

thanks

i think just replacing the brake cylinder would be easier does anyone know what they run in price and an off question where is the starter located on the 94 navajo thanks for all of your help
