Rear brakes wearing out fast! HELP

hey guys 96 5.0 XLT explorer AWD. I did 4 new calipers, rotors and pads all the way around in January. Since then I have gone though 2 sets of rear rotors! and 3 sets of pads! wth is going on? I bled all 4 wheels correctly everytime too. Does this truck have a proportioning valve or something on it?

the front are fine of course , still the same rotors, calipers and pads i put on back in January.
 






Did you grease the caliper pins and make sure the bracket channels (that pad ends sit in) are good? Normally when I do a brake job I hit those channels with a wire brush and grease them to slow down rust, then if they have a stainless piece that sits in them, I grease that too.

I've never done brakes on a '96, but there is no proportioning valve on my '98. It's probably not a matter of bleeding, if they still had air in them then they'd brake less not get stuck and wear excessively. If you had air in the front brake lines then the back would do more work but still shouldn't have worn this much in 7 months, unless you're marathon driver putting on tens of thousands of miles (or drive it like you just robbed a bank). On the other hand I suppose air could cause them to retract less, but you've bled them already so I would look elsewhere.

I've heard of rare cases where the soft brake line rots internally and does not release the pressure, but that's normally on one wheel at a time, not both rear. Regardless if you have the original factory soft lines, if all else fails then I'd replace them. On mine I had rusted hard lines and replacing soft lines turned into replacing the hard lines too because the nut was rust-seized onto the hard line. In emergency cases you can hold the hard line nut still and rotate the soft line instead, but meh I was due for hard lines when they get that bad.
 






Rear calipers sticking/dragging? Rebuild or replace them (I'd replace them with remans). Rear pads should last 3-times longer than fronts, because the fronts do 75% of the work in stopping.
 






I had a bent axle causing premature brake pad wear.

Here is my video, you can see the caliper walking back and forth sideways. It was not a bent rotor causing this
