Rear Door Window Pillar Rust

My 1998 Explorer rear door window pillar appears to be corroded under the plastic/rubber coating. How to I repair this damage?

I've got the same rust.

I've just learned to ignore it, however that piece is replaceable.

What is the part called and where can I find it? I've looked on LMC and could not find it.

Ford sells the part. It is the rear door glass window channel. It includes the small stationary glass at the rear of the door.
Has anyone changed this part? How is it removed?

Still waiting for info. There has to be someone who has replaced this part.
