I took our 2014 Explorer Sport in for an alignment, and the shop found that the rear lower control arm bushing in the knuckle was bad. They wanted to replace the entire knuckle, but I was wondering if anyone on here has replaced just that lower bushing as shown in the pic below?

I did an upper control arm knuckle bushing and after a little ingenuity got it out in about ten minutes. Installing the new one was a different story, slow going using the ball joint press with a very tight fit.
I checked Rock Auto and they do not list a replacement lower bushing. R&R knuckle looks like the way to go for you.

Thanks for the quick response. I suspected I would have to order the knuckles, but this confirms it. I found them shipped for right about $600 for the pair. Thanks for your help

A little late now, but I thought I'd mention that Levittown Ford is a forum vendor and offers members a discount.
