Rear Power lock not working

When I lock or unlock the car using the remote, the rear power lock makes a whirring noise but doesn't disengage the lock. Is there a simple fix to this?

Hah, my front passenger door lock just started doing this exact same thing yesterday. Been doing it intermittently since then.
Probably just need to replace the actuator I guess.
