Rear Quarter Panel Removal

I am wanting to cut off a rear quarter panel from a junkyard. I will not be able to take any power tools in other than a battery powered drill. Is this a futile effort or can it be done, albeit slowly? My thought was I could drill some holes and then chisel a cut and or use shears. I could buy a cordless cut off wheel tool if this would make it a lot easier.

cut off wheel is your best bet. that or if you can rent a gas powered portable chop saw. i dont know if they allow those or not because they throw a lot of sparks

I hate to say it but paying them ( the junk yard ) to chop off the quarter really is your best bet.
