Two questions-

1. Where, aside from a junkyard, can I purchase a new or rust-free quarter for my '96 4x4?

2. Has anyone done a writeup on what I can expect for this? I have access to all the necessary tools to do this right, just checking if there's anything special I have to look out for.

I've done several searches, here and other places, have yet to find one.

Thanks in advance,
Tony

Thanks, Ken, but that's a no. No rear steel at all for it.
Any other suggestions?

OEM Ford is your best bet.
A junk yard quarter pannel is a nightmare. Trust me.

If you want I can post a step by step quarter pannel replacement.

Air drill, grinder, cut off wheel, mig welder, air hammer, are the needed tools. Plus hand tools for vehicle disassembly.

If you have time to post it, that would be excellent. I think this would be the only site with it, if you did. Any idea how much they run from Ford? I have all the tools necessary, so I'm good there.
Thanks Monmix,
Tony
