Okay, doing my brakes and rotors.

Fronts came off fine, piece of cake.

The rear rotors ARENT coming off for some reason.

I took off the 2 caliper bolts, got the caliper off.

Is the rotor just melted onto the lugs or is there a bolt that i dont know about that's holding the rotor on?
Shop manual tells me nothing.......

Anybody know?

****EDIT****

N/M, i got them off, they were just extremely rusted on.

Going to replace the parking brake pads next, any tips?

If they are shoes like on my 97, it's going to be a PITA.

I have all the good tools and have been doing shoes for years... These were hard to do, even for me.

Yea my dad looked at it, he's a mechanic, he said it looks like a big PITA too.

Screw it, im not even gonna mess with it then.

Problem is, when i pulled off the rear-right rotor, a plastic piece came off from the parking brake shoe or something......im guessing it was from the rust....
So i plan to just clean it up, and gonna glue that semi-circular piece back on the parking brake area, and put my new rotors and brake pads on,lol.

Im sure the parking brakes are fine anyways.....i barely ever use it.

one of the rotors on the ranger was really rusted on and took alot of liquid wrench and an hour of hammering to remove.

then later that day when i was at oreillys picking up new pads and rotors, i found out that they rent pullers that apply 3 tons of pressure and yank it right off:rolleyes:
so anyway, if you do wanna take it off you could try a puller.

Alright thanks guys, got it off, took a ****load of hammering.
I just wanted to make sure it was rust before i started to go M.C.Hammer on it,lol
