probably a squirmy ride in the corners, noise during articulation, more body roll than usual. unless a link outright breaks it'll be difficult to detect since the sway bar is still connected, just very sloppily without a bushing.
I had the front swaybar bushings go bad in my '01 X. Symptoms were a clunk in the suspension when hitting bumps. Never felt a change in ride characteristics.
