Reasons for chip reburn

i have a apten SCT chip. i just added last week a 70MM ford racing high flow throttle body and soon im going to be buying a 73MM Vortech MAF housing. my question is... i saw a list somewhere of reason to send a chip back for a reburn if i send my chip back for a reburn for the mods that i just added how much of a difference is it going to make? and how much?

I'd be curious to see if it's needed. I have a C&L MAF (Doug did program for that) and the same TB (never got a re-program). Probably not necessary, but I'd like to hear what Doug/Wayne have to say.

Don't even bother trying to reach Wayne. Many others have tried lately by phone/email and no response. He has visited the site in months.
