Yeah, im assuming your sub is the back passenger side, you need to take out all the little rivets (they grey circle pieces, use a flat head or pliers) they should just come out if you pull.
oh and fold the seats down.

i couldn't get the bolt where the seat belt is conncected so you mihg try, but you can still do it if you cant

there is a piece of the side panel that is under the trip that run along the back just move itout from under it

you may have to pul some carpet back on the sub side to be able to pull the penal off enough to reach the screww on the sub box

i think there is a screw connecting the panel to the floor just look along the bottom it might be under the carpet, and unscrew it,

then basically i had a buddy hold the panel open so i could unscrew the brackets holding the box in

i dont remember where all the screws are you jsut have to look, i know there is a tricky one back towards where the amp is.

if you really wanted it easy you could just unplug the sub once you get the panel off

i know this is long, i hope its helping, you really just have to trail and error.

Are you putting one of the tens in that spot? If you are, you would be using the MTX box or a stealth box of some kind. Anyway, the most important screw is the one holding the sub in. You take out the eight screws holding the sub to the box. Then take the box off, and take the bolt out of the back of the sub magnet. You'll see what I mean when you get there. Unfortunately, I did not know this was there, so I ruined the sub taking it out. If you can't get the seat belt bolt by allen wrench and hand, put a small pipe around the allen wrench for more leverage, then try it.

Since Ford started using Torx bolts for the seat belt bolts, they are all T50 sized. I bought an individual Snap-On T50 bit in the 80's. :)

Is there any extra room in the quarter panel for another amplifier?

im not putting the subs in that location, i just wanna take it out because the stock sub is blown to crap

i tried just taking out all the screws holding the sub in the box but it will not come out, ive tried pulling, twisting, even using prybars to get it out but it wont budge

Someone elsewhere mentioned a single bolt going into the magnet of the speaker. They also mentioned taking bolts out of brackets, possibly removing the whole section at once? I haven't done it yet either, good luck.

Yeah you HAVE to take the whole box out because of the pos bolt in the back of the magnet, you'll see it once you get the box out.
