I'm assuming your referring to the inner wheel bearing? If that's the case then you just remove the seal and replace it with a new one when you install the new bearing. Seals are cheap. If this is the 4x4 with auto hubs and your referring to the little needle bearing job inside the spindle but around the axle shaft, I would just drive it out with a punch. Your gonna destroy it no matter what you do. They"re in there really tight. I thought i needed to replace mine at one point but these don't go bad too often. There's another bearing in the end of the auto hub that keeps the end of the shaft supported. Unless you've already booger-ed it up I wouldn't mess with it.
