this isnt really an instructional post or anything... just thought people mite be interested in seeing the work... the paint was faded so i repainted with a gloss black

It matches your painted trim really well. Nice work. :thumbsup:

yea its the same paint, krylon fusion... it dries quickly and doesnt need primer... and from what ive seen, it takes sunlight very well... none of my trim has faded... the only things that will take it off on the trim is rocks if they hit it rite or the occasional huge bug that hits the front... i have some touching up to do on the trim

looks great..but why didn't u just remove the whole thing?

thanx... and i didnt remove it cuz it has 3 bolts on each side that are a pain in the ass to get to... i usually use a wrench on one side with an impact wrench on the other but ive noticed it kinda scrathes at the bumper when i do that so i tried to avoid it
 






yeah that is true..i mean you did a great job, but removing it would have saved you ALLLL that masking lol
BTW i really like how ur trims looks! I think black gives it a nice touch
