Having never had to replace a radiator, I am wondering what is available on the aftermarket.

When I replace, I want to go with a better cooling model than stock.

Input greatly appreciated.

I have a 2 core HD cooling unit. Got it off Ebay. I see no cooling difference in it though. It was a little bigger then the stock 1 I pulled out.

The 96+ models with SOHC and 302 engines have very good radiators, plenty for the stock engines. I may think about a better choice if I do reach 500+hp some day.

Are you having any heat issues, with the pulleys/balancer etc?

No problems whatsoever.
Then why waste money replacing it?:D

I would like to know what is out there--I do seem to have an issue when it is very hot outside,as my coolant will climb to 204, with A/C off. I'm afraid to run the A/C

That is very true, there is less than 4" to begin with.
