bezzel, then 6 or 8 [torx] retaining screws, then disconnect wireing and speed`o cable carefull no need too use force it will weive out nice and easy.
yeah, in my 92 xlt, it takes 5 194's. I put blue ones in to change it up a bit. the gauges themselves come off, making it easier to disconnect the wiring. if u need help give me a shout.
The easiest way to replace them is to unscrew, and pull the front plastic off the guage cluster, and pull the side guage pods straight out of the dash. You will be able to get to almost all the lights that way. No speedo cable removal or anything.
