Resetting actuator motor

Hi I am new to the forum. I confirmed that the blend door is not broken and moves freely, I purchased a new actuator motor from Napa. I plugged in the new motor and turned on the EATC, the motor post that goes into the blend door did not move. I adjusted the temp up and down and no movement.

Is there a way to reset the whole EATC module and get the new motor to operate properly?

I have run the diagnostic on the EATC and I get a 024 and 025 code.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

rerun the diagnostic, then hit "defrost" That usually works
