Okay guys/gals need some help here, when I'm driving and I make a right hand turn (90 degree) the X will lose power i'll push the gas on the turn but it doesn't do anything just like sputters. It doesn't die or anything but as soon as I get going straight again it runs fine also it doesn't do it on a left 90 degree turn, just turning right. Any Ideas ?????

that is very odd, I would think this is fuel related. Does it do it when the gas tank is full?

Also you might want to look around your front wheels and the steering box, it may be electrical, meaning when you turn your wheel to the right something is getting pinched or pulled and shorting out. Check your battery cables.

Chances are it may only be doing this on right turns now but you will probably notice that it will become more frequent and start doing it all the time, something is bad and is getting worse.

Keep us posted....

Grandfathers old jeep wagoneer did that on left turns. Turned out when he made the left turn the engine actually shifts a little and it was enough that a wire would pull slightly lose and make the car stall...sometimes it would catch again. I'd check to make sure all your hoses are connected tight and all wiring harnesses too

Does the steering feel any different during the turn? The power steering might be failing in that direction, and it is putting lot of stress on the engine while turning. I am leaning towards a loose wire though....
