Hello everyone

Newbie here...

I just got a 2002 Sport Trac for my daughter.

It has 18 inch rims on it. (stock I think)

I need to know how wide the rim is and what is the factory Offset

Want to put new rims on it, but move them out from under the truck about an
inch or so. I would like to keep the tires that came on it, as they are brand new
and good tires...

Tks for your help, look forward to being apart of the Forum

Thanks for the info

What would you recommend for an offset/backspace to move the
wheels outward

So it is safe to say that these are not stock rims

The tires are 245/60/18

Probably a 7 inch wide rim

Would like to know what would be a good size rim to move the wheels
out to be flush with the fender wells

Those are stock Sport Trac, Explorer wheels, just not from a first Gen. Those a re from a 2006-2010 ST, Explorer. If you wanted to save money over buying new rims you can buy a set of wheel spacers (I would go with 1.25").

Not right off hand but if you remove one it'll have all the specs on the back of the wheel.
