Rocker panels replacement price?

About how much would it be to buy full replacement rocker panels for both sides on a 1st Gen. and have a shop install them and paint them in primer or something? the only problem is that I think its so rusted underneath past the panels the metal may have to be repaired just to have something to attach the panels to.

Hmm, so that much just for the metal work and spraying them in primer? Because I know the replacement panels themselves aren't that much. So we're talking mostly labor.

If you get the panels, give me a date (weekend preferably) and I'll weld the panels on for you.
You do the cleaning/cutting so all I have to do is weld them on (I'm so lazy)
