Not to mach I would say, mine is in nice shape but I have seen trucks where its just dicked.
Best way would probably be to just paint the whole piece ina ricer like fashion, or maybe look for a nice one at the breakers, the yards are littered with second gens.

I've yet to find any kind of rubber coating that would look stock. I painted mine, but I wanted it to look stock (Well, as stock as possible. :D ) not like I just picked a random interior part and painted it body color.
I used Krylon flat black, and low gloss clear. Its got the same look as stock, but not the same rubber texture.

^ Looks great and stock, the rubberized coating is kind of weird on the pieces but I do like it, dunno why.
The Kenwood deck and 3 gauge pod looks fricken fabulous too btw

Plastidip? I think you'd have to do the whole thing at one time or it'd look like crap though. I painted my 2001 Sport console when I dropped it in.

It matches the center stack very well, so I'd imagine you could go the other way, too... It's holding up very well, btw...

i refinished my radio panel. removed and disassembled it, washed it with bleachwhite and the rubber started coming off. i kept rubbing it with my fingers until all the finish was off (took about 20 mins). then i sprayed it with adhesion promoter and painted it with krylon semi-gloss black. now it looks like new.

I used the spray version of plastidip to touch up the black trim around the radio where I had scratched it taking the radio out. I was just trying to get rid of the shiney spot but it matched color and texture perfectly.
