Rust on 3rd Row Seat Hinge Mechanism

I noticed yesterday that there is rust on the 3rd row seat hinge mechanism on the passenger side. I have a noticeable leak on the driver side but had not noticed any water issues on the passenger side. Apparently both sides are leaking. Anyone else have this problem?
