Last night did a bunch of maintenance - cleaned Maf, IAC, changed plugs and wires. What a PITA is was to get all of those plugs out.

Problem was, I wasnt able to get one of the plugs out due to rust. I didnt torque on it too hard - wanted to know if there were any tips that would make it easier before I broke the plug and made it worse. WD, PB, etc???

Even with one "old plug" still in there, I was amazed at the difference in performance after cleanining the vitals and changing the plugs / wires made...

Yeah spray some PB on there and let it sit for awhile. Hopefully you won't pull the threads out. I hope you used antiseze when putting the new plugs in?

Sometimes if you take a little bit of a turn to tighten a cranky piece it will help, especially since there is a crush washer under the plug.

Thanks for the quick replies...I'll try what you all have recommended.
