I have a 2000 Sport, and I just noticed yesterday, that my driver side is sagging quite a bit. If you look at it from the rear it looks like the bumper sits almost an inch further down than the passenger side, what causes this?

BTW, my truck didn't have this problem when I bought it 2 months ago, and it's only been driven about 2500 miles since, has 66,000 now

P.S. Please no smart a** remarks about how I have a monoleaf and they are weak, I know this but I don't think this is the cause of my problem

This is very common. It comes from the fuel tank and the driver both being on the driver's side. That spring will sag more than the other. You can help the situation with AALs or you could swap the leafs from side to side.

my tank now is only half full, and no one was sitting in it when i noticed :P oh well, life goes on ill fix it somehow

No, I'm just saying it's been discussed many times before and is a common problem. Some possible solutions:

Swap springs from side to side
New springs
AAL as a band-aid
lower your passenger torsion bar bolt to compensate.

Had the driver side sag on my 96 XLT at around 60k. Adjusting the Torsion bars (up front) + driver - pass, fixed it. Now at 80k I can tell about a 1/4 differnce so I think I will swap the rear springs once the weather warms up (garage is about 23 - outside 6).
