The leather seats in my 94 EB are pretty worn out, and I can get an entire set of leather seats (front and rear) for 100 dollars. My question is, will 99 seats sit like the 94 seats in the truck? Are the tracks the same and will they go in no prob. Both front seats are power, as they are right now. Just want to know if I can do a straight swap.

seat swap

senez,

I think the seats are the same cause my sister has a 94 and I have a 99 and the seats look alike but I've never really studied the bolt placement on the two.

4 seats for $100, who cares if they are not identical I would move the world for seats that cheap. I'm sure there is a mod posted on this site to help you out.
congrats on the seats
good luck.

ps I can't even find seat covers that I like for $100

should bolt up.
$100 is el cheapo, grab them

Yeah, I figured the 100 was a pretty damned good deal. I'm gonna try and get in touch with the guy to see if he'll measure the bolts for me just to be sure. Thanks for the input.

Dont bother, they will bolt up as long as the donor was a 4 door and yours is too, they will bolt up.

Guess I shoulda looked here first

Well, since I have my seats out I might as well get newer ones! :)

I've just been informed that since the current power seats in my 94 EB are 8-way power seats (with the lumbar support), that the seats I'm putting in also have to be 8-way. Is this correct, or can I still hook up the 6-way seat to the power and just not use the lumbar support? I'm not seeing why it would make any difference.

It doesn't matter. All you connect is a power wire and ground.

That's what I thought. I knew that guy was a ******. Appreciate the info.
