from the small section of trail i've already run, its easy enough for a stocker, the hardest section being a hill climb that i made in 2wd (detroit in the rear, but with no wheel slipage).
the only issue is fuel....bring extra. with these kinds of trips, we never know how many miles we will traverse. it may be the 5 miles (as the crow flies) according to the gps, or it could be a 50 mile maze of old road not mapped. thats the fun.....you never know. for sure, we will have 3 winches, over 200 feet of strap, 3 air compressors, 1 mig welder, enough tools to rebuild an auto tranny, and enough beer to fill a small army (although, we do not drink until camp is set, nothing worse than being lost & drunk...another story for around the camp fire).
ps...kids are up to you, all already confirmed are leaving the childs at home for the convienence factor and for a mini-vacation.
