Shackle Install w/ Tow bar

I was looking at my truck and I have this big tow bar that runs along the back, right under the bumper. It seems that the stock shackle is almost touching it. Will I be able to install the warrior shackle?

I think that this tow bar was factory. Anybody else done the shackle with this?

I just put Autozone shackles on mine this weekend. I have a U-Haul hitch on mine. It is the big square tube that runs under the bumper. So I guess it is like yours. My shackles have less than an inch of clearance. But they clear!

Yeah sounds like mine, thanks for the reply. I'm planning on doing it this weekend, good to know it clears on yours.
