I did mine Saturday.Soaked them with PB blaster Friday night and then again Saturday morning. Just get a wrench on them and start cranking. Three out of four of mine ended up snapping off but no big deal. new ones came with the new shocks. Drivers side was the worse because I was doing them on my garage floor its a pita but doable,

I drove my Exp rear on ramps for more clearance and soak the bolts with PBblaster overnight.

Do you have an impact wrench?

Use some extensions and adapters to get the impact on the bottom of the bolt with a wrench on top.

It will either come loose or break.

Either way you win.

Or cut the head with a Dremel.

My truck has been a Florida truck it's whole life, so there's negligible rust.

But both lower bolts refused to loosen, one broke and the other had to be cut.

they break off fairly easily.
