Should I be concerned about the lifting point? It is bent!!

See below picture. It is on the driver side. SHould I be concerned about it? Will it sag more if I put jack stand under it? ANy suggestions to make it less concerned?

Why are you lifting on this? Why not just lift on the frame rail?

I lift the truck at the two lifting point on the front suspension arm and then this is the convinient point for the jack stands. Oddly, there is no where I can put jack stand on the frame rail in the half of front truck. There is crowed with wires and rubber pipes.

Actually this is the recommded point for jack stand by manufacture service manual.

I've always lifted from the frame rail. I've got a post lift so it makes it easier. I've leaned my lesson with the the piece you are trying to lift on :roll: and it was not fun trying to pick up the truck afterwards let me tell you lol
