You guys are also welcome to invite friends who have 4X4's. Please let me know how many trucks will be coming with you. please be sure every truck has at least 1 tow point! I don;t want to bend any bumpers trying to get someone un-stuck! Thank you

I think you'd do ok. i mean your truck weighs less so it'll stay on top of the sand easier. Also if you don't feel comfortable doing the huge hills you don;t have to.

Well, althought it's only sand..... I couldn't help but signing up as a maybe for April 6th, if I get to see Matt! Havent seen him in a year, so... I can make the long haul up to MI if it gives me the chance to chill with him!

That holiday inn is about 25 mins from my school. I don;t know if you wanted to meet here at my school and caravan up with us or if you just wanted to meet us up there. Let me know and I can get you directions here if you want.

I would but I really have no idea when I am going to be getting there. I'm not sure how much I'll have to sleep. As some know I can often go 24+ hours driving without stopping to sleep, but it will be right after a class too so I may be kind of exhausted. I'd hate to have you guys sitting there for hours waiting for me to show up .

It is only as hard on your truck as you are on it. I've litterally jumped my truck off a few dunes (scared me ****less 'cause I was sure I was going to break something) and have only broken the battery mounting tray.

I've got quite a bit of Silver Lake info at my site and will also post another message below regarding another run with another club, but am going to take a min. to read the other posts.

Ok, so for my other post. The Rough Rangers Offroad Club (RRORC) is hosting an event at Silver Lake May 10-12. This is open to anyone with any type of vehicle, although we'd like to see some Fords. Go to the web page I put up for more info on this event.

Ok, so what date are you planning on??? Any time before May is going to be rough for me due to exams, but I may make one day anyway. Just thought I'd throw out another event in case others couldn't make one of those you are planning.
