Single axel Brakes

Howdy howdy howdy! Im looking at a trailer that has dual axles but electronic brakes on only one of the axles.... Pulling around 4300 lbs.. Any thoughts or experience? Should I definately be looking for something with brakes on both axles? Heh.. Sorry about retarded title spelling.

Single brakes is fine.. dual axle trailers with brakes only on one axle is the norm.
