i have a 2000 ex 4.ol ohv. does anyone know the stock size of the throttle body and stock mass air flow sensor. i want to get the 66mm bbk throttle body and a 75mm mass air flow sensor. but if the stock sizes compared to the aftermarket aren't that much different, then its probably not worth themoney. so any input would be appreciated! thanks.

14 views and no reply? lol. does any one know where i can find the sizes of the tb and mas?

It looks like you have a SCT programer or tune. You might want to call them and see if they have the info.

That's a whole lotta green for at best a marginal benefit. Pro-M went out of business a while back to the best of my knowledge. EE is notorious for listing items no longer available. May want to check stock status before you get too excited.

Used BBK TBs come up for sale from time to time. I'd wait.

yea, i just put them links because it was the fastest page at the time. just to give a idea of the items. yea, $500.00 for the both. i measured my tb and maf. the tb is about 2 1/2" inside diameter and the mass air flow sensor is 3" inside diameter. i would look around for the best price before i ordered them. but its a lot of money just to gain maybe 5+ horsepower.....

Thats typically how it is for most vehicles - the ones that give you the most improvement per dollar spent are the turbo/supercharged vehicles. For examples, turbo diesels can be increased +80 HP and +100 ft/lb (torque) for a mere $350 and 5 minutes of your time.

yea, i agree 100%

stock throttle body is 65mm and stock MAF sensor is 70mm. If you are interested in purchasing a new setup gimme a call, I am familiar with your setup.-j

i just found a site that tells you how to convert inches to millimeters. it says there is 25.4 millimeters in a inch. so my tb is about 2.5" x 25.4= 63.5mm.

and my mass air flow sensor is 3" x 25.4mm= 76.2 mm.

yea i got my sct programmer from you and tunes. i don't got the loot right now.if i do upgrade, it will be around income tax time.

but $500.00 just for 2.5mm on the tb and actually my maf sensor is 1.2mm bigger than the aftermarket one.
