I was curious what phones work best with MFT Sync.
Presently, I have an iPhone and have minor issues.
Fix is to reset network settings every 3 weeks.

Anyways my contract is up, and thinking about going with Android or Windows Phone 7.

Also, does Windows Smart Phone 7 integrate well with Sync, added features, etc.

thanks,

As of late, I've paired the HTC Thunderbolt and the Samsung Charge to Sync with varying results...all phone related. For some odd reason, they like to disconnect themselves every 30 seconds after connecting. The Charge has been better than the Thunderbolt was after re-pairing the device.

My HTC Inspire pairs fine, but doesn't always connect to the car after it's started. It's the Inspire's fault, as it did it with my old car.

Bluetooth audio has a slight pause in it, kind of like a skip, every few minutes. Again, I'm assuming it's the phones fault.

No issues whatsoever with the Blackberry Torch. I have Sync Ver.2.8

Samsung Fascinate

I just went through the 2.11 update and now my Samsung Fascinate does not work properly. Phone calls can be placed, but all audio goes through the phone itself. My wife's blackberry works fine. It's only my phone that is affected. Phone calls worked fine on 2.8. Any ideas?

I do notice my phone is on the certified standard rating on the compatibility chart so I'm hoping for some good news.

*Edit: Fixed my issues by spending A LOT more time reading through all the threads. Tried a Master Reset and that didn't work, but pulling the fuse did the trick.

I use an iPhone 4 and was wondering the same thing.

Minor issues with mine. Just updated to 2.11

Before update

Sometimes would try and pair when already paired.
When using USB and bluetooth no sound from USB for music. Disconnect and reconnect usually worked fine - happens after update

After update
No sound when I get a text
Still issues with USB and Bluetooth.

Gave up and now use an old iPod and don't use my phone for music

Overall pleased with iPhone usage. Text support would be nice

I have a WP7 HTC Arrive (Sprint) that works very well. MFT downloaded my phone book fairly quickly. It reads my texts for me... That was a surprise as I didn't know that was an option. Streams music (library and apps) just fine.
