those are the only places it comes out. putting a spare iac on to see if that helps at all, only thing left being the TB. would the bbq 70mm for a 4.6 2v work for sohc, or is that ohv only?

That’s a mustang dude question

Larger throttle body will change your throttle response (where it is on pedal) not necessarily make power power.


According to above you should have ventless iac, I would start there

Leak to atmosphere at egr diaphragm not good

ok so def iac and egr, and then either stock TB or larger TB

First before i change any parts, I want to know about this ventless iac and when they came around d what years sohc they were used in and how come you have a vented one?

new to me! But I’m not a sohc guru (yet) hahahaha

Where is the smoke coming out on the egr valve? Didn’t you get a video?

in the photo, its coming out of the "holes" on the underside.

it's coming from the iac base gasket it has 4 torx screws holding it mine does it too i just ignore it
