Smooth riding shocks...

I have a 2000 Eddie Bauer AWD V8 and want to some very smooth riding shocks on it.
What are your opinions on the smoothest shocks made for my type of vehicle? Money isnt to much of an issue unless it will be rediculously expensive. I will have a mechanic put them on for me. Thanks for your help!!

Thanks...I will not be going off road. Its a street vehicle only. I will take it out on our land every once in a while for whatever reason but 90%+ will be street.

I am very pleased with the Rancho 9000x shocks on my street only '99.

I have heard you can't beat Bilstein's. I don't have them myself but a lot of members here run them & love them.

Im in Lee's Summit...Im not sure yet what I will have put on my truck. I bought this vehicle last weekend and drove it home from Wisconsin. Im just doing some homework right now for the vehicle. Thanks for your input.
