I am getting this started, but will NOT be organizing the meet this year due to my time constraints from work. Asking someone that has the time & dedication to take over for me this year. Thanks in advance.

Just saw on FB that smorr is filling up fast through June already! To epedite this event I say we narrow the dates down to specific ones that are in fact open for us at the park. We can then vote on those, popular wins and no one backs out! lol Hope we turn this event out we some good numbers as we are becoming a staple group at this particular park.
