So my X arrived at the South Florida Palm Center on Monday. From there, the cars are put on a truck and delivered to dealers around the city.
My dealer has been trying unsuccessfully to have my truck delivered since Monday. The worst thing is that they are not getting answers from anyone; neither the Palm Center office, nor their Ford regional rep. They received a delivery today but my X was not in it. Even the dealer's GM is involved now and he can't get answers.
I called Ford Customer Service today and the agent was floored that the car was still sitting there. She escalated the call to another team and said someone would call me within two business days.
This is so frustrating. My X is so close and yet so far...
