#1 - the kit that Fabritech sells is WAY too costly. That $1500 is only for the "basic" parts, which includes radius arms, trac-bar bracket, radius arm mounts, and a few little things here and there. You then have to fork out another $300 or so for the leaf packs (depending on lift height), some other crap (can't remember off the top of my head)... and then you STILL need to get the axle.. they'll sell ya one for another $3k.
#2 - so far, I've put about $1500 (give or take a couple hundred) into my SAS on my bronco2... a lot of money has went into a knuckle-out to convert my D44 to discs, along with a disc-brake conversion for the rear 9", and the INSANE shipping costs to Alaska.
