solutions & opinions on shocks

So I changed the shock for the Monroe Sens a track ones, i really wanted rancho, next time i guess with body lift, and changed all the front bushings, link kit, Control Arms, and when i hit a hole on the road, it feels almost like if i was with my shocks damaged, any suggestions? comments? thanks

Are you saying the truck bounced a lot or it was very rough? New shocks will get softer after a little time passes. My Ranchos were rough when I put them in but they broke in after a few weeks.
