Sounds from console on high heat

When I have my heat on high and in the floor position, I get a ticking or grinding noise coming from the center console.
When I lower the speed to half it goes away. Has anyone come across this issue?

Welcome to the Forum.
The "ticking" could just be the expansion of parts due to the amount of heat blowing at them on the 'high' setting. Not sure about the "grinding" noise.
BTW, your vehicle specs are shown in the margin.
