Spark Plugs

Bosch +4's are a MARKETING GIMMICK!!! The laws of physics say that a spark will take the path of least resistance. You won't get multiple sparks or better sparks. Each time it fires, one of the anodes will have a spark between it and the cathode. It may change which anode it fires from each time it fires, but it will only have one spark. People believe that they work better because they are replacing old, worn out plugs with new ones, and they attribute the improvement to the +4 plug, when in fact it is actually due to it being a new plug. Don't waste your money....

And yes, I know what I'm talking about...Been an engineer/physicist for the last 15 years designing electronics/mechanics.

Hahaha... makes sense... I'm not too keen on them myself... the only reason my dad had them in his van is because the PO had decided to use them... The van is a piece though, so why someone would use plugs that cost in excess of twice the amount of a normal set is beyond me... just like I used a Fram filter with Royal Purple oil... I'll know better next time... my next oil change is only a couple months away anyways...

I just got some 8mm wires and i can burn out again. not sure if it just brought me back up to stock or if they gave me power

Hahaha... I <3 burning out... although I've got to stop doing it because my tires are nearly dead... I took a corner in the rain yesterday and tapped the accelerator pedal as I was going around... I ended up fishtailing... I even fishtailed in a parking lot today...

Although it is really fun... <Innocent face>
