Specials tools to pull driveshafts for 4406 swap?

I have a 12mm 12p for my Ex. What about the front driveshaft from the 4.6L (lets say a 97 F150) and the rear driveshaft from a 5.4L (lets say 1999 Expedition).
 












Looks like you just did your 4406 swap, right? How did you tackle the top TC mounting bolts? I know some guys will cut the floor to get the donor TC, but our wrecker here doesn't allow power tools.

If you remove the seats, center console, and pull back the carpet, you will find an access panel right over the x-case to get to those two bolts real easy. I used this write up from MountaineerGreen to complete my swap.:thumbsup:
