Rebuilding the d35 on my 90B2 and on the driverside I found the spidle bearings to be completely gone and where they rode on the axle is all chewed up.

I know the best way to repair this would be to replace the outer axle shaft but I was wondering if anybody made a sleeve kit for these like they make for rear axles.? Trying to get this thing fixed in the next 24hours.

Is the axle actually damaged or just the spindle? In any case I would take a trip to the Boneyard to pull some spindles to replace yours..

I pulled another axle at the junkyard and replaced all three u-joints today with the Spicer 5-760x joints. I also got rebuild kits for the spindles and did them today. All good again.

Nice work getting it all done...
