2008 Sport Trac back window keeps blowing fuses, motor appears to be working smoothly not sure where to look next

Have you tried one step up on the fuse? if it is a 15 try a 20 or call you local ford and make sure you have the right size!

if the one size up blows as well you have a short somewhere from the power side of the fuse to the motor of the window.

Are you leaking water into the rear through the third brake light? Could that be the cause?
