Spring help

I have a good opportunity for my Explorer, I have an ARB locker and Cromolly (cant spell srry) shafts and the housing for a dana 30. Im going with leaf springs due to the fact im pretty sure its going to be alot easier. I found weld on leaf spring mounts for my axle on line for pretty cheap and i can do all the fabrication at my house my dad is a blacksmith so fabrication should be realtivly easy. I just need to know what springs people have used and/or where i may be able to pick up some that wouldn't be too hard or too soft. The locker, shafts and housing only cost about $500 total so far so im doing pretty good on my budget i have set for my self. :Any help would be extremely appreciated.
