Hey, welcome. Need more info. Do the starters simply stop working, were they tested after they failed to make sure it wasn't something else that is causing them not to work?

E.g., battery cables, starter solenoid...

starter

battery tested good, cables are fine, solonoid switch is good, ignition switch changed in dec., starters test bad when i take them in for warranty, dealers never have a problem with giving me a replacement, teeth on starter gears show no wear,. Motorcraft starter bad after 1 1/2 years, 2 Napa starters 1 lasted 5 weeks, 2nd lasted 7 weeks, Autozone starter lasted 4 weeks

get a motorcraft. see if that one dies right away too. Maybe you have way too many accessories for your battery? And when you turn it over the starter doesn't get the power it needs.

welcome how is the duralast battery is that any good

taking a starter apart would void the warranty

If they are testing it as bad I assume it is electrical in nature. When the starter fails you could look to see anything unusaul. i would take it a part to see what was going on. But if you take it apart you will not be able to return it.
I know the price of copper is high, but I would have custom battery cables made, and replace my battery if it was more than a few years old. Also go to running more ground wires. Battery to frame, frame to body, motor to frame. Aground can only help. a battery cable can look like new and be bad.
What I say about after market starters is not life time warranty, but a life time of change
