Steering wheel controls and aftermarket stereo?

I am interested in getting a new head unit for my 02 Eddie Bauer Explorer. It has steering wheel controls and I'd like to be able to use them. I know you can get adapters for that, but I'm wondering if it will work with the head unit I'm looking at. Here's the head unit. I'm just wondering if it will go through the presets and adjust the volume like I do now. Thanks!
