Stock Replacement Pin stripes

I've got a 98 eddie bauer and the pinstriping is shot. I wanna maintain the factory look by replacing the pin stripes with originals. Does anyone know where I can buy them online? It's just a gold pinstripe and it has the Eddie Bauer Logo on it.

Ford would be my only suggestion. If not available any longer, I've seem some pretty amazing things done with tape and/or air brush.

thanks, I'll try my local dealer and see what they say. I was kind of thinkin they'd be no longer avail and I'd have to buy them online elsewhere. It's worth a shot though.
