I ordered my Catback and Intake online.. we don't really have great auto places here..
M&O Shucks, Some local performance shop owned by a guy who's a total dick.. uhm.. Napa..... that's about it......

How'd it go with the alt and battery cables (I've been trying to read, but catch up is tough) Did everything get hooked up right?

Yep, everything is good..
I even re-mounted my CB, and wired up my blue Cathodes under the dash and wired in my ABS killswitch...

Cleaned the inside and outside of the car... I can't wait until I get my Intake/Catback..

Oh yeah, and I replaced my hood struts.. The hood stays up now finally.. it's like opening up the hood of a brand new truck now..

Man, I have to go back and read... last I recall, you were trying to get the alt loose. Did you get the tools you needed? Does Napa carry them?

A single bolt was giving me problems, I just had to beat the end of the ratchet with a hammer a couple times n everything went fine from there.

I used a friend's tool kit.

I'm trying to find a picture of are town square we have a HUGE fountain and people randomly put 5 galleons of concentrated bubbles in it! And in a matter of mins theres 5 feet of foam thick around the fountain!

Daniel, do you have pics of your cb on the dash? I'm trying to decide between the dash, and that overhead waste of space... if I can place it in the overhead, that would be ideal. Thanks!

ant mount...

i found three brackets from the kc lighting, and used them to mount the ant behind the tail light. there are two brackets inside the lamp, but i'm going to get one more to hold it to the top of the lamp. what do you think?

I'd like to attach it as an aux to the stereo if possible. i don't have enough space to do the side mount.

It originally was in between my seat and the middle console.. I just recently put it on top of the dash.. I like it.. I did test fit it where you have it, and on the driver's side.. I didn't like it..

Donner, I think it would be a good setup.. but keep in mind.. the body of your vehicle will block a portion of your signal.

I really want to move mine to the hood area.. I know I'd be sacrificing some of my signal.. but it being on the roof is kinda annoying.. I either am going to get a magmount for the roof or I'm going to find a way to put it near my hood.. I'm trying to find a way without drilling. (As you all can tell, I don't like the idea of drilling anything on my vehicle.. ) The cb is held in place with velcro strips.. works perfectly too... And guess how the mic is being held up there also... it was originally (After I moved the cb to the Dash) right below my gauges in front of the shifter.. but that was annoying and far from convenient.. I like it how I have it setup now...

Any suggestions for me about the antenna near the hood? [Keep in mind, I'm very picky and I don't want to drill anything.....]
